All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
2. Delivery Time
Delivery usually takes:
- 2–5 working days for major cities
- 3–7 working days for other areas in Pakistan
Please note that delivery time may also depend on product availability, as we deal in imported health and beauty supplements.
3. Shipping Charges
A standard shipping fee of Rs. 120 is applied on all orders across Pakistan. This fee will be added at checkout.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) in selected areas of Pakistan. Please ensure someone is available at the provided address to receive and pay for the order.
5. Product Handling (Health & Beauty Supplements)
As we deal in imported supplements, we ensure:
- Proper packaging for safety and hygiene
- Secure sealing to prevent tampering
- Careful handling during shipment
Customers are advised to check the parcel before accepting delivery.
6. Delivery Delays
Delays may occur due to:
